Sometimes the weather just won't play along. Here's what you need to know.
WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY
Events are subject to weather conditions. In accordance with California Business and Professions Code Section 22507, if adverse weather prevents us from operating our smokers and grills, necessitating cancellation of the event:

We will notify all ticket holders via email immediately upon cancellation.

You will be entitled to either:

A full refund of your pre-paid meal purchase (processed within 30 calendar days of your request), OR
-
A credit of equal value toward a future purchase (which will remain valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation)

To claim your refund or credit, please respond to our cancellation email with your preference or contact us at hello@liveoakkitchen.com within 60 days of the cancellation notice.

We maintain records of all ticket sales and refunds in compliance with California law.

This cancellation policy applies only to events canceled due to weather conditions. No refund or credit will be issued for no-shows when the event proceeds as scheduled.
